Shop’s Policy

  1. Minimum one month notice.

  2. A 50% deposit is required at the time of purchase and it is non-refundable. Payment in full is optional.

  3. Rest payment is due a week before order's date.

  4. Ensure all information is entered correctly before finalizing and securing a deposit. If you are unsure of a theme or undecided on a theme yet, you can still secure your spot and reach back to us at a later date (two weeks before order's date minimum).

  5. Last minute changes to existing orders must be notified two weeks before order's date.

  6. To cancel a certain amount of dozens after the two week mark, there may be an exception but it is not guaranteed. If the cookies have already been made, payment in FULL is still required.

  7. Last minute orders received after the one month notice deadline will be charged a $20 late fee. Late fee will be applied if we can fit you in our schedule.

  8. All custom orders are on a first come, first served basis.

This means we do not have a limit on orders received per day. Once we have reached our limit on a specific date, that date is fully BOOKED.

It is highly recommended to plan accordingly and book ahead. It is not required to wait until a month out to book.

  9. All order details are canceled within 48 hours of nonpayment or no response.

  10. When booking a date of your choice, your order request will be secured on the date you chose. If you need to pickup a day or two early, please choose an earlier date. Avoid securing the wrong date before the desired date gets booked. There are other orders to be made and other clients to assist.

If by any circumstances, your event gets moved up or pushed back, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate you (not always guaranteed) and check if that date is available.

  11. If a client does not cooperate in a respectful manner or uses fowl language, we serve the right to refuse service.

This business values diversity and seeks to provide a safe and inclusive space that rejects intolerance. We serve the right to refuse service to anyone who uses derogatory, violent language or who attempts to intimidate our clients and staff.
